Thousand Trails: Diamond Caverns RV Resort Review

Diamond Caverns RV Resort is located in Mammoth Cave National Park in Park City, KY. This is a Thousand Trails campground with TONS of amenities. They do have a pool (it was closed for the season during our stay), a game room, a library, a playground, and mini golf.

There is also a volleyball court, 2 big screen TVs (one in the game room, one in the quiet room) and a large party room. You should have no problems getting a Full Hook Up site here, most of the sites are 50amp FHU, with some 30 amp FHU and a few 30 amp water/sewer only. Download the campground map HERE.

Is there wifi at Thousand Trails: Diamond Caverns RV Resort?

Diamond Caverns RV Resort offers free wifi in the quiet room with the option to add paid service to your site, however, we got great service with both our T-Mobile home internet and Starlink so we didn’t use theirs. We also got good cell service through Xfinity (Verizon network).

Is there on-site laundry at Thousand Trails: Diamond Caverns RV Resort?

The laundry here was pretty pricey at $5 per load ($2.50 per wash/dry). Mail can be delivered here (no fee), however, be aware that anything shipped USPS will be sent to the local post office. UPS and FedEx delivery daily to the park office. The staff here are friendly and we had zero complaints about this park.
